🎟️ Ticket Information

To build your camp experience, follow these steps:

  • Select your Entrance:
    • Standard: For individuals and independent hackers.
    • With invoice: For companies and professionals requiring a formal invoice.
  • Add Your Stay: After selecting your ticket(s), you can add a Bungalow slot or a Tent slot.

    • Bungalow Options:

      • 2 Guests: SOLD OUT

      • 3 Guests: Available

      • 5 Guests: Available

      • 6 Guests: Available

  • Kids: Bringing the next generation of hackers? Tickets for kids are free, just add them to your order!

🚐 Van & Camper Policy 

Our ticket shop allows you to add Tent or Bungalow slots only, we do not sell spots for vans or campers. If you are planning to arrive with a van/camper, you must book your pitch directly through the Flaminio Village website

📢 Get Involved

  • Call for Proposals: Want to speak or host a workshop? Submit your idea here. Keep in mind that if your proposal is accepted you are granted a free ticket with a tent spot
  • Call for Communities: Want to bring your village to the camp? Apply here.

📅 Logistics

  • Dates: From Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4, 2026.
  • Check-in: Thursday, October 1, starting at 15:00.
  • Check-out: Sunday, October 4 (after lunch).

🍔 Camp Life

  • Facilities: Every stay option includes access to the campsite services (bar, restaurant, bathrooms, showers, laundry, water, internal shop).
  • Meals & Drinks: Available inside the camp at discounted prices for all guests.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

  • Please note that in case of ticket cancellation, a 30% fee will be retained.

RomHack Training Ticket Shop

🎟️ Ticket Sales

  • Early Bird pricing (-10%) starts on Mon, March 2, 2026. Please notice that Early Bird does not apply to all the trainings.
  • Full price applies starting on June 1, 2026.

📍Logistics and Accommodation

  • Training Venue: Sessions will be held at Polo Didattico, a facility in a historic building located in the Garbatella district of Rome.
  • Lunch & Coffee Breaks: Included.
  • Accommodation: A list of nearby hotels and B&Bs is available here (not included in the ticket price).

💳 Payments and Invoicing

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Stripe (Credit Cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link) , PayPal , Bank Transfer (available until September 11, 2026).
  • Invoices: Invoices will be sent after payment is processed.

⚠️ Important notes

  • Classes that do not reach the minimum number of participants by July 2026 will be canceled, and tickets will be fully refunded.
  • Confirmed trainings are non-refundable and failure to attend will be considered a No-Show (no refunds will be issued).
  • Training tickets can be transferred to another person – please email us for details.
  • Each participant will receive a free ticket to the RomHack Camp, taking place from Friday, October 2, 2026 to Sunday, October 4, 2026. The Camp ticket does not include accommodation (tent or bungalow).
  • Tickets will be available for purchase until Fri, September 25, 2026.
