Welcome to the RomHack 2024 ticket shop! In this page you can buy tickets for RomHack Training and Conference.

Full price selling starts 1st of July @ 10 AM CEST when the agenda is published.

Ticket prices

Standard
- Early bird: 15€
- Full price: 20€
Students: 10€
Business: 80€ (invoice provided)
Cyber Saiyan associates: free
Kids: ~~2 kids can be added for free to each Standard ticket; Kids option will be unavailable when the maximum kids number is reached~~ !! Kids track sold out !!

Logistics and Accommodation

Conference venue: Salone delle Fontane, via Ciro il Grande 10/12, Rome, Italy
Lunch & coffee breaks: inside the venue you will find a bar to have coffee, breakfast and lunch. Outside there are a plenty of restaurants and bars where you can have lunch
Accommodation: Here you can find a list of hotels near the conference location

Payments and Invoicing

Accepted methods for payment: Stripe (Credit cards/Google Pay/Apple Pay/Link) or PayPal
Invoicing: invoice due only for Business tickets

Important notes

Conference tickets are refundable up to 31 August 2024
Failure to attend will be considered as No-Show and no refund will be given
Conference tickets may be transferred

The training will take place at the Polo Didattico, a facility located in a historic building in the characteristic Roman district of Garbatella
Training Rooms address: Polo Didattico, Piazza Oderico da Pordenone, 3, Rome, Italy
Lunch & coffee breaks: included
Accommodation: Here you can find a list of hotels and B&B near the training location (accommodation is not included in the price)

Payments and Invoicing

Accepted methods for payment: Stripe (Credit cards/Google Pay/Apple Pay/Link) or PayPal or Bank transfer (up to 6 September)
Invoicing: invoice will be sent after the payment

Important notes

4 training are confirmed (check the description); for the one not confirmed we will wait until the end of August and in case the minimum number of participants will not be reached the tickets will be fully refunded
Confirmed training are NOT refundable, failure to attend will be considered as No-Show. No refund will be given
Training tickets may be transferred. Please email us for specifics
Each participant will receive a ticket to the RomHack Conference, which will take place on Saturday, 28 September 2024
Tickets will be sold until Friday, 20 September 2024
