Competition

The CTF is designed by fibonhack to test your limits across the most critical domains of cybersecurity:

  • Web Security

  • Binary Exploitation

  • Cryptography

  • Reverse Engineering

Teams

We want to see the best talent, regardless of how your crew is structured:

  • No Team Limits: There is no limit to the team size, both for the online qualification round and the on-site finals

  • The On-Site Invitation: The Top 5 teams from the qualifiers will be invited to the finals at RomHack Camp. For each of these teams, Cyber Saiyan will provide 4 full guest passes

  • What’s Included: Each pass covers the Camp registration fee and tent space at the Flaminio Village

  • Larger Teams: If your team has more than 4 members, you are more than welcome to bring everyone to the battlefield! However, any members beyond the first 4 must manage their own tickets and accommodation logistics.

Venue

The finals are an exclusive on-site experience during RomHack Camp.

F.A.Q.

Teams & Participation

What if a team member can’t make it to the on-site finals? No problem! Like all our tickets, the Camp passes are flexible. You can swap a team member for someone else before the event.

Can we bring someone to the finals who didn’t play in the qualifiers? Yes. Whether they were part of the original qualifying run or are joining you specifically for the on-site battle, they are welcome.

Will our team be disqualified if we change final members? Absolutely not. Our goal is for people to enjoy the Camp, learn, and have a great time. As long as you have a team ready to hack, you’re good to go.

Is there a limit to the number of members per team? There is no limit to the team size for either the qualifiers or the finals. However, remember that we provide 4 guest passes (ticket + tent space) per finalist team. Additional members are welcome but must handle their own tickets and logistics.

Prizes & Preparation

Will there be prizes? Yes, of course! We are currently finalizing the loot. Prizes will be announced as we get closer to the event—stay tuned to our social media for the reveal.

Is there a dedicated training platform or previous writeups? There isn’t a specific platform for From Dusk Till Dawn, but you can prepare by practicing on any major CTF platform or reading through global CTF writeups. The categories will include Web, Binary, Crypto, and Reverse Engineering—so a well-rounded toolkit is your best bet!

On-Site Logistics

What should we bring to the Camp for the finals? Your hacking rig (laptops, chargers, adapters)

What happens when the CTF ends at 07:00 AM? Once the “Dawn” arrives, the competition closes. You’ll have time to grab breakfast, rest, and join the rest of the RomHack Camp community for the Saturday and Sunday sessions. The award ceremony will take place later on Saturday.
