RomHack Camp

Call for Communities

RomHack Camp 2026 is coming! From October 2 to 4, 2026, the Flaminio Village in Rome will transform into a hub for hackers, students, and the curious. The Community Area is the heart of the Camp, and we want your community to be part of it.

We are looking for independent, non-profit communities to bring life to the Camp. This is a space for workshops, live demos, and shared knowledge, organized in a self-managed way by the community, for the community.

What We Provide to Selected Communities:

  • A Free Dedicated Booth: A 3x3m space (or similar) in the heart of the Camp.

  • Infrastructure: Power supply, tables, and benches included.

  • Free Entrance: Tickets for your core community team (final number TBD).

  • Visibility: Featured placement on our official website and in the community program.

Important – Read Before Applying:

  • Physical Presence: This form is specifically for communities that want a physical stand/base in the Community Area.

  • Call for Content: If you want to contribute a workshop or a talk but do not require a dedicated stand, stay tuned! The Call for Content will open separately at a later date.

  • No Commercial Backing: This call is for non-profit groups. If you represent a company, please check our sponsorship opportunities or contact us at sponsor@romhack.io.

  • Commitment: Selected groups are expected to keep their booth active and staffed from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning.

Ready to join the Camp? Space is limited and spots will be allocated based on the quality and engagement level of the proposed activities.
