⚠️ In 2026 there is no traditional indoor conference — the Camp is the main event.
The Camp programme runs Friday, October 2 to Sunday, October 4, with talks, workshops, community activities, and the CTF final.
The schedule will be published on romhack.io closer to the event.
The elite 12-hour on-site hacking battle runs:
Only the top 5 teams from the online qualifiers compete. More info at till-dawn.fibonhack.it.
The 2026 RomHack Camp Badge is a unique hardware collectible and hacking challenge. More details will be announced closer to the event.
Yes. Training and Camp are separate tickets — one does not grant access to the other. If you purchase a Training ticket, you will also receive a free entrance ticket for the Camp (accommodation not included — tent or bungalow must be purchased separately).
Your RomHack Camp ticket covers event entrance only. Accommodation at Flaminio Village is a separate purchase.
⚠️ RomHack entrance tickets and Flaminio Village accommodation are two separate purchases. Buying a Camp ticket does not automatically include a place to sleep.
Flaminio Village is located within the Veio Regional Park, about 10 minutes from central Rome. Accommodation options include tent pitches, bungalows, and glamping tents.
Tent pitches and bungalows can be booked through our ticket shop at romhack.io/buy-tickets while available. If no accommodation is left in our shop, you can book directly on the Flaminio Village website at villageflaminio.com. We recommend booking early — availability is limited during the Camp weekend.
Accommodation booked via the RomHack shop covers 3 nights: Thursday October 1 to Sunday October 4, with check-in available from Thursday afternoon. If you book directly with Flaminio Village, dates and duration depend on your booking.
Address: Via Flaminia Nuova 821, 00189 Rome, Italy — open in maps
From Flaminio, follow the public transport instructions below.
More detailed parking logistics will be shared closer to the event. We strongly encourage using public transport.
If you have accommodation booked, you can check in from Thursday, October 1 afternoon. There are two separate steps:
Both steps are required for accommodation guests.
If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please notify us in advance at [email protected] including your order number and estimated arrival time.
Bring your ticket (printed or on your phone). Accommodation guests will also need a valid ID for the campsite reception.
Check-out is on Sunday, October 4 in the morning. The Camp continues after check-out — the closing ceremony by Cyber Saiyan takes place just before Sunday lunch, and you’re welcome to stay on the grounds until then.
If you booked accommodation directly with Flaminio Village, please follow their check-in and check-out times as indicated in your booking.
Flaminio Village operates an internal shuttle between the reception area and the site entrance during daytime hours. The shuttle is not available at night — plan accordingly.
Two networks will be available during the Camp:
Connection details for the RomHack network will be shared on arrival.
Power is available at tent pitches. You can connect directly to the campsite power posts using the three-phase blue socket (CEE), or use the standard Italian Type L socket — bring an extension lead and, if you are coming from outside Italy, the appropriate travel adapter.
Flaminio Village has shared shower blocks, bathroom facilities, and laundry available to all guests.
Staff members identified by a red shirt will be taking photos and videos throughout the event.
If you do not wish to be photographed, pick up a “NO PHOTO” pin at the check-in desk. Staff will respect this.
The on-site restaurant will offer a fixed price menu for Camp guests, organised in 1-hour turns. Details on how to reserve your turn will be shared during the Camp.
Open every day: 6:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Just a short walk from Flaminio Village, Centro Euclide has a supermarket where you can stock up on food, drinks, and other essentials.
At our stand you can buy:
⚠️ All purchases at the Cyber Saiyan stand are by credit/debit card only. No cash.
A first aid point will be available on-site throughout the Camp. If you need medical assistance, head to the Cyber Saiyan tent or ask any staff member (red shirt) who will direct you. You can also go directly to the Flaminio Village reception, which is open 24 hours.
Remember to bring any personal medicines you may need during the event.
The Camp takes place in an outdoor environment with uneven terrain. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us in advance at [email protected] so we can help. For questions about bungalow accessibility at Flaminio Village, contact the campsite directly at villageflaminio.com.
All participants, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and staff are expected to observe the RomHack Code of Conduct. We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for everyone.
